COLOR: Dark amber with copper highlights.

AROMA: Sherry, dried plums, apricot, and cherries. Maple syrup, hazelnut, and intense oak.
FLAVOR: Dried plums, cinnamon, crème caramel, vanilla, and crystalized ginger.
